How do I request product information only?
When you find a product or multiple products that you'd like in inquire about, simply select the 'Request Information' option. This will put the product in a shopping cart at a zero cost value. You will proceed through a normal shopping cart check out process for the product request(s). There will be NO money charges or transactions for these requests. Our Customer Service Rep will receive an email with your request and they will make contact with you to help answer your questions about the product(s). You, too, will receive a copy of that email request with Moxie Media's contact information for your convenience.

Do I need to set up an account to submit a product request or make a purchase?
No, the standard check out does not require an account. However, if you plan to return to Promoshop for more purchases, having an account set up makes for a quicker check out process.

What payment methods are available?
Visa, Master Card or Discover.

Are there additional fees on my order?
Yes. The extra fees would include:
- any set ups
- multiple color charges
- shipping
- and any art charges.

Set up and multiple color charges can be found on the "Additional Info" link at the bottom of the product description.

The shipping and additional art charges would be calculated after we receive the order and will be sent to you via email prior to us processing the order.
